Un punto de vista más sobre la resurrección.
Puede surgir de un estado de ayuno mental, de una renuncia a aceptar en nuestra mente ningún pensamiento que no sea de Amor como cualidad pura y no como sentimiento. Es la trascendencia de nuestro ego, orgullo, deseo, apego, ignorancia. Y transmutación en Sabiduría. Cualquier expresión de descalificación, crítica, juicio, queja, condena, queda totalmente liberada de nuestra mente, con lo que nuestra Paz y nuestro Amor como cualidad pura renacerá.
Mientras mantengamos en nuestra mente pensamientos de sufrimiento, desarmonía, miedo, odio, resentimiento, celos, envidia, rabia etc, alimentados con la justificación y la identificación, no hay posibilidad de que el Amor se manifieste a través del sufrimiento. Es como un árbol alimentado por mucho tiempo. Por tanto, debemos terminar con las raíces que lo alimenta, no juzgando y des-identificándonos, y cortar el tronco de la culpa. Limpiar la mente. Simplemente tomando la responsabilidad.
Yo soy responsable,
Sólo yo estoy a cargo de mis emociones,
Yo decido reaccionar o responder.
Esto nos hace neutralizar cualquier emoción destructiva y decidir liberarnos de ellas.
Es una forma de reprogramar nuestra mente, con nueva información, es un reinicio, un resurrectio, que quiere decir levantarse de nuevo, resurgir o alzarse definitivamente.
Y esto nos hace libres. Decidir la mente que quiero, la actitud que quiero, las cualidades que quiero, consciente de que sólo yo puedo decidirlo y con ello trascender una gran cantidad de limitaciones mentales para empezar con una actitud totalmente diferente y llena de Amor.
No perder la Paz, no culpar a nada ni a nadie, asumir totalmente nuestro yo esencial, nuestra verdadera naturaleza, y resucitar en Amor para alcanzar ese estado de conciencia ilimitado e inmortal.
40 días de retiro, venciendo las tentaciones del ego.
Celebración del Amor y la Verdad.
Entrada al estado de conciencia pura, dominando completamente el ego y trascendiendo todas las limitaciones mentales.
La liberación total y el despertar.
Me pregunto que será por algo que muchos Maestros han querido transmitirnos esto de diversas maneras y en distintas culturas.
